Ted Calouri has extensive experience with public, private, and non-profit boards of directors. He was a member of the Beaverton School Board and currently serves on the Board of the Beaverton Rotary Club, the Board for the Tolovana Inn Homeowners, and the Claremont Greens Board. In addition to his volunteer Board service, Ted was a State Legislator for twelve years and is also a veteran businessman. He owned and operated Beaverton Learning Academy and currently owns and manages a property management business. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. Ted holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Oregon. He and has a wife, Sherre, have six children, and fourteen grandchildren. |

A native Oregonian, Kathy Varro Andersen has devoted the majority of her career to the nonprofit sector. She is especially interested in working toward community-based solutions for issues related to poverty and social injustice. Kathy is the Resource Development Manager at the Community Housing Fund, a nonprofit organization serving Washington County. The mission of the Fund is to raise funds and thereby create a new source of capital to leverage the financing of housing for people not served by the conventional housing market. The Fund works with local community development organizations to build and rehabilitate housing in Washington County. She lives in unincorporated Washington County, near Tigard, with her husband Brad. |

Anne Madden is the Senior Program Educator and spokeswoman for Washington County's Department of Land Use and Transportation. She has been with the county for 14 years, working on public education issues. She has an extensive background in adult education and media production. Her interest in Oregon's approach to land use brought her here 36 years ago, inspired by legendary environmentalist Governor Tom McCall. She has degrees from Regis College in Massachusetts, Mt. Angel Seminary and Marylhurst College. Anne lives with her police detective husband in Cedar Mill and has three grown daughters, one with Down Syndrome, who make her life very rich. Along with her work for the county, she serves on the board of PHAME Academy, Portland's fine arts academy for the developmentally disabled. She is a member of Portland's City Club, Washington County's Public Affairs Forum and the Women's Transportation Seminar. |

Jon McWilliams lives in Cedar Hills, has lived in Beaverton for nearly forty years, and has been a Member of the Forum for two years. He was a teacher in the Beaverton School District for twenty four years and a bus operator with TriMet for ten years.

Secretary - Vincent Degoc
Vincent Degoc was Circuit Court Judge Pro Tem (8 years); District Court Judge Pro Tem (10 years); Circuit Court Reference Judge (17 years); Washington County Arbitrator (20 years); Attorney-at-Law (30 years); College Business Law Instructor; Bankruptcy Court Law Clerk; Laborer (College). He graduated from the Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College, JD; University of Notre Dame, BA. He has worked at a Bankruptcy Court Trustee, Metropolitan Human Relations Commission, and VISTA Attorney. |

John Bell owns the business Help On Taxes. He is an Accredited Business Accountant (ABA) and an Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant (LTC). Among his specialties is tax preparation for Child Care Providers. John has been an active participant in the Oregon Association of Tax Consultants (OATC). He is the current Vice President of the National Association of Tax Consultants (NATC). He is a graduate of Colorado State and has an MST degree from Portland State University. |

Director - 2011 - Bill Foster
Bill holds an MBA degree from Ohio State University and a BA from the University of North Carolina. He and his wife, Ernie, have two grown daughters. He is an active member of the Stuhr Computer Users Group. He was the compensation manager for a major bank and two manufacturing companies and served as an outplacement consultant. He earned an "Outstanding" performance rating among the top 11% of all managers. Earlier, he was elected a personnel association president. Selected as the "Outstanding" Jaycee V.P. and earned an Eagle Scout award. |

Tom Ford is a supervisor with Starplex Corporation Crowd Management Services Security. He is a former Assistant Boy Scoutmaster for twenty two years, former Soccer coach for fifteen years, and a Republican precinct person since achieving voting age back in 1981. |
